Description

Condition

Overall measurements: 96cm across the top, 101cm across the bottom, 262cm the left hand side, 261cm the right hand side. Overall in very good condition with thick lustrous wool. Pile is generally 8-9mm overall. Some minor oxidisation to the light browns. The lower right corner has been rebuilt, section measures approx. 10 by 5cm and the outer barber pole guard on upper left hand corner partially rebuilt. Some scattered cobbled areas of re-piling visible from the reverse. With original polychrome triple banded sidecords and both ends with original flatweave and knotting fringing, with some very minor loss. A light and bright coloured and very decorative runner in very good condition, ready to use.
