Description

Comprising: a necklace designed at the front as a garland of ribbons set with circular- and single-cut diamonds, embellished with a fringe of pear-shaped aquamarines, length approximately 370mm, and a pair of pendent earrings, fitted case stamped Brooking Madrid.

Condition

Aquamarines measuring approximately from 18.50 x 9.75 x 5.88mm and 15.60 x 7.70 x 4.50mm, calculated to weigh a total of approximately 20.00 - 24.00 carats, bluish green and greenish blue of medium strong saturation, clean to the naked eye, with minor abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.00 - 5.00 carats, on average VS-SI clarity, F-H colour, as gauged and graded in the mount. Scratches to the metal consistent with age and wear. Overall in very good condition. Clap secure. Total gross weight approximately 72 grams. Fitted case stamped Brooking Madrid, engraved on a silver plaque on the lid 1936 - 16 Abril - 1961 Teresa Inés.
