Description

Each collet-set with a sugarloaf sapphire within a frame of cushion-shaped diamonds.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 93531, stating that the sugarloaf sapphires measuring approximately 9.00 x 8.40mm and 9.50 x 8.40mm, depth not measurable, are of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating. Sapphires well matched in colour, blue of strong saturation, with typical surface-reaching inclusions, nicks and small cavity. Diamonds bright and lively. Scratches to the metal consistent with age and wear, evidence of tarnish to the reverse. In overall good condition. Total gross weight approximately 15 grams. Each buttons measuring approximately 23 x 23 x 16mm.
