Condition

In overall good condition. Gilding generally with minor cracks and scratches consistent with age and use. Mirror A: Some losses to the gilding borders around the glass plate, extensive towards the bottom edges and mouldings. Construction cracks to the corners of the mirror frame. Bottom of the mirror with some chips: six in total are noticeable, including one at each edge of the corners (one 6cm and the other about 4cm long). Bottom left side missing its mould (about 10cm long). Mirror B: Moulding at the tip of the top crest is missing. Some losses to the gilded borders around the glass plate. Bottom of the mirror with some chips to the corner edges and two along the bottom edge (one is 2cm long, the other 20cm long) As stated in the printed catalogue, the plates are probably later, both in overall good condition.
