Description

  • 4.8 cm., 1 7/8 in. diameter
circular drum form with engine-turned ornament on reeding within festoon borders enhanced on lid and base with translucent blue enamel, rubbed French prestige marks including Hanau 19 carat bird head, charge marks of Brichard and Alaterre, incuse letter I, later Austro-Hungarian control mark possibly I in a lozenge for Klagenfurt

Lacking enamel on side borders; some slight denting on sides.
