Condition

Executed on folded cream wove paper, not laid down and hinged to the overmount along the lower edge with tape. Collage elements are stable. Examination under UV light reveals no evidence of retouching. There are a few flecks of paint losses in places, most predominately to the light green central shape (as visible in the catalogue illustration). There are a few glue remnants along the extreme edges of the collage elements consistent with the artist process. There are a few minor creases in places, notably to the collage element, consistent with the laid down process. There are a few small humidity marks, possibly original towards the left part of the lower edge. There are a few hairline lines of stable craquelure to the extreme upper white shape. This work is in overall good condition.
