Condition

Very good condition overall on all three combs. Wear to the patina and abrasions throughout all three combs consistent with age and use within the culture. Remains of some red and white pigment in relief of carving. The ends of a few prongs broken off on one of the combs (b). Very minor chip to the very top proper right extremity of comb (a). Small label bearing Elizabeth Pryce collection inv. no. EP-175 on (b) and EP-165 (a) on reverse of two combs, and small label with "H20" on reverse of (c).
