Condition

Excellent condition overall. Minor marks, chips, scratches and abrasions throughout consistent with the object's age and use within the culture. Two minor blue paint marks to the reverse of the board at the top. Small nail inserted in the reverse for hanging, now bent back. Good preservation of the red pigment and remnants of white pigment in relief of carving. Fine patina to the wood. Small label bearing Elizabeth Pryce collection inv. no. EP-135 to reverse of board and Leo Fleischmann inv. No. LF/M13 handwritten in white on reverse.
