Drypoint, 1931, signed in pencil, from the total edition of 310, plate 5 from the Vollard suite, on Montval laid paper with the Picasso watermark, printed by Lacourière, Paris, published by Vollard, Paris, framed

Condition

The print is in good condition, with wide (apparently full) margins. Faint mat-stain, slightly darker at the sheet edges. A small spot of brown discoloration in the right margin, possibly inherent to the paper, and a pale mottled fox mark on the verso, showing very slightly through in the woman's chest. Faint traces of surface soiling and two hinge remnants at upper sheet edge, also on the verso.
