Condition

The picture has a firm lining and the surface is quite flat. There is a dirty and discoloured old varnish overall, with no signs of extant damage or loss of paint. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals no sign of significant recent restoration or damage and the picture appears to be in good condition overall.
