Condition

The copper plate is flat and stable. The paint surface is mostly clean and the varnish clear and even. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals a handful of pin prick retouchings in the architecture along the left margin, but the work appears in overall very good condition. Offered in a plain ebonised wood frame in very good condition.
