Condition

The canvas appears to be thinly lined. A decorative image reads well with some of the details on the flowers the putti hold well preserved. A thin line that is barely noticeable runs horizontally at top center, through the cloud at extreme left, through the putti's face, to the cloud at extreme right. Spots of retouches scattered here and there, like on the child's body, the blue cloth, and on the cloud and sky. Offered in giltwood frame with some loss and cracks.
