Condition

Paitning is relined. Overall painting presents a nice picture with good coloration and no major repairs. Paint has thinned somewhat around the edges of the faces, as well as in the hat, hair, parts of the costume, and left hand of the young boy. A strip of discolored retouching runs along top edge of the canvas, possibly as a later addition, or possibly to repair rubbing from frame. Scattered retouchings flouresce under U.V., specifically on right side of girls face, costumes, and in parts of sky.
