Condition

Staining around the edges of the sheet, especially concentrated at the four corners. There is a hole at the lower left corner and another small hole in the lower section of drapery, lower left. There is another hole at the upper right corner that is covered by a tab of paper, verso. There are repaired tears in the lower right corner and at the middle of the right margin. On the verso there are glue stains at the lower right corner and there are tabs of paper at the other three corners from previous mounting/hinging. Despite these condition issues the medium remains strong and vibrant with the wash retaining its vibrant blue colour.
