Condition

All paintings available to view at the Sotheby’s Greenford Park warehouse, 5 - 7 and 10 – 13 September (10 - 4pm), by appointment. The canvas has an old and firm lining. The paint surface is flat and stable with no major damages visible. The varnish is slightly discoloured but even. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals only very few scattered minor strengthenings. In good overall condition.
