Description

standing on top of a lotus pedestal situated on an ornate platform, dressed in a flowing robe with hair arranged in an ushnisha, framed by a flaming mandorla

Condition

This figure is in reasonably good condition, but has a crack to the lacquer running down the left side of the face to under the chin. The tip of the middle finger to each hand is missing and there is some loss to the gilt lacquer to the lower back left section of the base and some loss of the black lacquer to the back of the base. There is also some minor rubbing/loss of gilt lacquer to the mandorla surrounding the figure.
