Condition

The sculpture appears sound. There is an area of scratching and scuffing and a couple of small flecks of loss to the green patinated area at the top of the second largest branch. There are a small number of scratches to the upper two branches, predominantly on the inside and upper edges. There are a small number of further, more minor scratches and grazing elsewhere. There is some extremely minor pitting to the surface, largely at the base, and some tiny casting imperfections throughout, but also largely at the base. There are some instances of minor surface matter. This excepting the work appears to be in very good overall condition. The work has an integral bronze base.
