Condition
The board undulates in places but appears stable. There are two tiny nicks to the extreme right edge towards the lower right corner. There is one tiny and fine crack towards the centre of the upper edge and one slight imperfection towards the left of the upper edge. There is some studio detritus in places and light surface dirt. Subject to the above, the work appears in very good overall condition. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals fluorescence and retouching to the extreme edges, with further isolated spots of retouching to the lower left and right of the building, which have been very sensitively executed.
