Condition

The board appears to be stable. There are a small number of hairline cracks in the board, running in line with the grain of the wood; these appear to be stable. There is some light, general surface dirt. This excepting the work appears to be in excellent overall condition. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching. The work is held within a cloth slip, in a simple wooden frame.
