Please note that this work is stretched but unframed and the canvas is unlined. There appears to be a minor puncture to the canvas within the white margin of the upper left hand quadrant. There is also a small speck of blue paint visible within the same area, however this appears to be contemporary to the creation of the work. There is a further small amount of blue paint which appears to have run into the white margin within the lower left quadrant of the work, this also appears to be contemporary to the creation of the work. There is a minor crack, measuring approximately 3cm., and resulting minor surface loss to the blue background within the upper left hand quadrant of the work. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals no signs of restoration or repair. The work appears to be in excellent original condition.
