Catalogue Note

The arms are those of the Pommyer de Charmois family, for Yves Joseph Charles Pommyer, Lord of Rougemont, director of the King's Farmes, who married Marie Brigitte Louise Landru. Cochin made his portrait and Nicolas de Largillière those of his father together with his twin brother.
