A pair of French silver-gilt circular deep dishes, Jean-Baptiste-Claude Odiot, Paris, 1809-1819

Catalogue Note

The arms are those of Viscount Alfred de la Chapelle who bought in London the Demidoff service from which these dishes come and had his arms engraved together with another version of his own arms as the mother of his unic son did not have any arms.
