the black marble top with a partly pierced gallery, the front with an upper drawer, the fall-front with two removable wall-lights in dragon shaped, six drawers, one door and compartments, the two doors-opening lower part with one shelf, the angles with female busts in a terme shaped

Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate but the secrétaire is less orange in reality. Good overall condition. There are the inevitable dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There is a construction crack to the lower part of the fall front. There are some minor surface scratches and dents to the veneer. The gilding is slightly rubbed and tarnished. The escutcheon of the fall-front needs to be refixed.There is one vertical crack to the left hand side lateral panel. The marble top is in good overall condition with minor surface scratches. Four keys. Elegant secrétaire.
