Condition

Canvas appears to be unlined. The paint surface has been very well retained overall and the preservation of detail throughout remains very good. There is one tiny paint loss in the background at upper center and some scuffing around edges from frame rubbing. Under UV light, it is difficult to see through the varnish. There appear to be some small retouches and reinforcements of the objects at left side and along the top of the cabbage at right. Others here and there on the tabletop and side of the table at bottom. This painting is presentable and can be hung as is. Offered in a simple gilt wood frame with various nicks .
