Please note that the painting is on panel, and not on canvas as stated in the printed catalogue. The panel is stable and shows a lovely decorative image with the details well preserved, especially in the foreground like with the architectural structures. Impasto is still present on the white clouds, as well in some of the boats and roofs. Under UV light there appears to be some spots of retouches to the clouds at center bottom and upper right on the sky. Really small spots of retouches that are barely noticeable are here and there on the sky, like on the top right and left corner, close to the edge. The painting can hang in its present state and is offered in a simple gilded frame with two carved inner liners.
