The detachable floral center piece set with an oval-shaped ruby weighing 7.04 carats, framed with petals pavé-set with round diamonds, on a necklace composed of knife-edge links and round diamonds, together with a pair of floral earclips pavé-set with round diamonds, necklace length 15 inches, each signed Dorfman, necklace includes a diamond-set link allowing for wear with our without the floral center piece. Earclips with retractable posts.

Condition

In good condition. Mounted in platinum. The ruby is a medium slightly violetish red and is slightly to moderately included. Diamonds in the necklace weigh approximately 3.70 carats, diamonds in the pendant weigh approximately 2.40 carats and diamonds in the earclips weigh approximately 1.60 carats. Diamonds are approximately G-I color and VS-SI clarity. The center ruby pendant/clasp can be removed and interchanged with the accompanying two-link segment which allows the necklace to be worn as a simple line. The earclips are fitted with retractable posts for wear on pierced and unpierced ears. Accompanied by AGL report no. 1094622 dated August 6, 2018, stating that the ruby is of Madagascar origin, with no indications of heating. Accompanied by AGTA report no. 95011511 dated May 8, 2008, stating that the ruby is of natural origin, with no indications of heating.
