Set with an oval-shaped emerald weighing 9.17 carats, accented with two half-moon-shaped diamonds, the gallery wall and shank sides pavé-set with round diamonds, size 6½.

Condition

In good condition, with surface wear and indentations to the shank. Shank interior with workshop mark and stamped 18K for 18 karat gold. The emerald is medium very slightly bluish green, vividly saturated, and slightly included, with a feather lightly reaching the crown surface and other minor nicks and surface reaching inclusions visible under 10x magnification. The half moon diamonds weighing a total of approximately 2.25 carats, approximately K-L color, SI and I clarity respectively; the round diamonds weighing approximately 2.00 carats, approximately H-I color, VS clarity. Please note this lot is accompanied by AGL report no. 1091047 stating that the emerald is of Ethiopian origin, clarity enhancement: minor, type: traditional.
