Catalogue Note

Jean Schlumberger created this Les Gouttes necklace in 1955, one year prior stating his collaboration with Tiffany & Co. as vice president, in his studio on 4, rue de Ponthieu in Paris.

The model, first designed with baroque stones, was then adapted with cabochon emeralds. The original drawing is currently kept in the Archives of the Arts Décoratifs Museum, in Paris.
