Description
Each set with a cabochon ruby weighing 7.32 and 7.02 carats respectively, embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered, French assay mark for gold and maker's mark.
Condition
Accompanied by GGTL report no. 18-G-15970, stating that the cabochon rubies weighing 7.32 and 7.02 carats, measuring 12.55 x 11.77 x 4.94mm and 12.49 x 11.86 x 4.59mm, are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Each signed VAN CLEEF & ARPELS, numbered 10G57, maker's mark for Van Cleef & Arpels. French assay mark and stamped 750 for 18 carats gold. Rubies orangy red of strong saturation, with typical surface-reaching inclusions, a few small cavities and nicks. For further information on the rubies, please refer to the gemmological reports. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 6.00 - 7.00 carats, on average I-J colour, VS clarity, as far as yellow mount permits. Normal signs of wear to the metal consistent with wear. Overall, in very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 20 grams.
