Description

Set with a rectangular step-cut emerald weighing 5.23 carats, framed by brilliant-cut and pear-shaped diamonds, size 531/2.

Condition

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 18070039, stating that the step-cut emerald weighing 5.23 carats, measuring 11.41 x 9.44 x 6.76mm, is of Colombian origin, with indications of insignificant clarity enhancement. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Emerald green of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some minor abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.00 - 2.30 carats, on average H-I colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Scratches to the metal consistent with age and normal use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 11 grams.
