Set with an oval sapphire weighing 6.38 carats, the mount highlighted with baguette and brilliant-cut diamonds, size 50, Italian maker's mark.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 98583, stating that the oval sapphire, weighing 6.38 carats, measuring 11.67 x 9.48 x 7.33mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Italian maker's mark and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, indistinctly inscribed. Sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, hardly any surface abrasions. Diamonds bright and lively. Minor evidence of wear to the metal. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 9 grams.
