Description

  • Ruby, diamonds, gold
Set with a cushion-shaped ruby weighing 5.15 carats, framed with tapered baguette diamonds, the shoulders highlighted with similarly cut diamonds, size 53, French assay mark for gold and maker's mark.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 99345, stating that the cushion-shaped ruby, weighing 5.15 carats, measuring 11.24 x 10.37 x 4.44mm, is of Burmese origin with indications of heating and a minor amount of residue in fissures. French maker's mark, assay mark and stamped OR750 for 18 carat gold. Ruby of medium strong saturation with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, minor abrasions. For more information on the ruby please refer to SSEF report. Diamonds bright and lively. Scratches to the metal consistent with light use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 7 grams.
