Description

  • Gold, silver, emerald, diamond
Set with a carved emerald depicting Medusa within entwined snakes embellished with circular-, single-cut and rose diamonds, the eyes set with circular-cut pink sapphires, on a gold bangle,  inner circumference approximately 150mm, central motif detachable, wearable as a brooch, brooch fittings.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 97940 stating that the emerald measuring approximately 29.90 x 23.50 x 16.15mm, is of Colombian origin, with a minor amount of oil in fissures. Emerald green of strong saturation with good transparency, typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, some surface reaching. For more information on the emerald please refer to SSEF report. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.00 - 2.20 carats, on average J-K colour, SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Evidence of light wear, small signs of tarnish consistent with age. Clasp secure, security chain. In overall very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 57 grams.
