Emerald and diamond necklace

Set with brilliant-cut, marquise-, and pear-shaped diamonds, supporting a detachable pendant set with a pear-shaped emerald weighing 10.58 carats, surrounded by marquise- and pear-shaped diamonds, length approximately 430mm, fitted case.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 96710, stating that the emerald weighing 10.58 carats, measuring 21.34 x 12.53 x 5.87mm, is of Colombian origin, with a minor amount of oil in fissures. Stamped G.J., Pt 950 for platinum, 750 and OR for 18 carat gold. Emerald green of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, small nicks and abrasions. For more information on the emerald, please refer to the SSEF report. In our experts' opinion the central brilliant-cut diamond weighing 3.79 carats is H colour, VS clarity. Remaining diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 65.00 - 75.00 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded within the limitations of the mount. Signs of light wear to the metal. Clasp secure, safety catch. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 103 grams.
