Of bow design set with a cabochon emerald, highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds, inner circumference approximately 340mm, French assay marks for gold.

Condition

Numbered 1850, French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Emerald measuring approximately 11.39 x 9.93 x 6.91mm, green of medium strong saturation with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, minor abrasions. Diamonds bright and lively. Metal tarnished and scratched. The necklace would benefit from the attention of a jeweler. Clasp secure, safety hood. Gross weight approximately 61 grams.
