Designed as a bird-of-paradise set with brilliant-cut diamonds and carved rubies, sapphires and emeralds, highlighted with turquoises, ruby and demantoid garnets, perched on a branch decorated with turquoise-, ruby- and diamond-set flowers, mounted in 18 karat yellow and white gold, signed Mauboussin Paris, French assay mark.

Condition

Signed Mauboussin Paris, with French assay mark for 18 karat yellow and white gold. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 1.00-1.50 carats are on average G to H colour, VS to SI clarity as gauged and graded in the mounting. Carved rubies, sapphires and emeralds are with typical inclusions and abrasions under 10x magnification. Circular-cut rubies are bright and lively. Turquoise are of medium slightly greenish blue to blue colour with strong saturation. Green garnets are of medium slightly yellowish green colour with typical inclusions and abrasions under 10x magnification. Signs of wear to metal consistent with age. Overall in very good condition.
