  • Ruby, Diamond, Platinum, Gold
Comprising: a necklace, set with oval, circular-cut and cushion-shaped rubies, spaced by brilliant-cut and pear-shaped diamonds, length approximately 400mm; and a pair of pendent earrings en suite, mounted in platinum and 18 karat yellow gold, post and butterfly fittings.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report numbered 92888, dated 26 June 2017 and two Gübelin reports numbered 17067174 and 17067175/ 1 and 2, both dated 28 June 2017, stating that the rubies are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating; the Gübelin report numbered 17067174 further stating that one ruby on the necklace may also be called 'pigeon blood red'. Please refer to reports for further details. Inscribed PT950 and 750 for platinum and 18 karat yellow gold. Rubies estimated to weigh approximately 62 - 65cts in total, are on medium dark red of intense saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, minor chips, nicks and abrasion when under 10x magnification but hardly noticeable with naked eyes. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 48 - 50cts in total are on average E- F Colour, mostly VS Clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Metal overall in very good condition.
