Condition

The work consists of a number of sheets of paper that are adhered to one large piece of backing paper with tabs of adhesive tap at intervals along the edges and in each corner. The backing paper is adhered to the backing board with tabs of adhesive tape at similar intervals and in each corner, with one tab that appears to be loose to the centre of the lower edge. All elements of the collage appear secure. The edges of all the sheets are unevenly cut and there is some minor undulation to the sheets, in keeping with the Artist's working methods. There is one possible faint scratch to the left edge below the centre. There are one or two minor accretions, in keeping with the Artist's materials and working method, and one or two isolated instances of studio detritus. Subject to the above, the work appears in very good overall condition. The work is float mounted and held behind glass in a painted wooden box frame.
