Condition
The canvas has been unevenly cut, is unstretched and has been fully laid down on to the backing board. There appears to be a loss at the lower edge, approximately 12.5cm. from the right edge. There is a diagonal scuff towards the right edge of the work. There are some further specks of loss to the work. There are a small number of extremely tiny nicks to the edges of the canvas in places. There is some surface dirt throughout, and some instances of studio matter. Subject to the above the work appears to be in good overall condition. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals one small area of fluorescence in the centre of the picture, towards the left. The work is float mounted within a painted simple wooden frame.
