Condition
The sheet is secured to the mount with two tabs of adhesive tape in the upper corners. The sheet undulates slightly in places. The upper edge is deckled. There are three large creases running vertically and horizontally in the lower right corner. There are a number of further faint creases throughout, including a faint crease in the lower left corner. There is a small historic tear in the upper left quadrant, in the left edge. There are a number of further small nicks to the edges. There are some faint handling marks to the edges of the sheet, and some light surface dirt throughout. There are some small flecks of possible light foxing. The ink has also slightly faded. This excepting the work appears to be in very good overall condition. The sheet is window mounted and held within an unusual carved frame, behind glass. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
