Condition

The work is housed within four conservation corner windows, which are affixed to the mount. The lower right corner of the main grid-like collage piece is slightly lifting with a few further instances of more minor lifting to the edges but otherwise all elements of the collage appear securely adhered. There is some minor wrinkling to the collage elements in places, in keeping with the Artist's materials. There is a faint crease to the upper right corner and a very small nick to the extreme edge just below. There are some extremely light scuffs to the left quarter of the sheet. There is some evidence of light staining to the collage element with writing with evidence of minor discolouration elsewhere. Subject to the above, the work appears in very good overall condition. The work is float mounted and held behind glass in a painted wooden frame. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
