Condition
The sheet has been fully laid down onto conservation card, which is, in turn, affixed to the mount with two strips of adhesive tape along the upper edge. There is a restored Artist's pinhole with associated pin-head mark to the lower left corner. The lower, left and upper edges have been cut, in keeping with the Artist's techniques. There are two restored tears to the lower left corner and one to the right of the umbrella with a further tear to the right edge with some further more minor repaired tears to the extreme right edge. There is a restored old area of wear to the lower right corner. There is a spot of loss in the upper left corner, not visible in the present mount. There are a small number of accretions to the surface. The work is window mounted and held behind glass in a painted wooden frame.
