Condition
Overall in very good condition. The wooden surfaces with some light surface scratches and abrasions, consistent with age and gentle use, and with an area of rubbing, potentially where there used to be adhesive residue, measuring approximately ½ x 1 in. The brass with some spotting, rubbing, surface scratches, and minor areas of discoloration and oxidation, the latter concentrated to the recessed areas of the metal. The underside of the box with an inventory sticker inscribed in pen J089/006. The interior corduroy lining with some surface soiling and a few water stains, the largest measuring approximately 2 x 3 in.
