Condition

Overall in very good condition. The suede with some scattered surface scratches, marks, and minor areas of discoloration, consistent with age and gentle use. The largest mark and area of discoloration are both located to the reverse of the cover, measuring approximately 1 inch in length and 5/8 x ½ inch, respectively. The copper with some minor areas of oxidation, consistent with age and gentle use, and the metal section to the upper left of the text with slight lifting from the suede surface. The interior silk lining intact with some fraying to the top and bottom edges. The tip of the suede bookmark directly beneath the clasp has detached, not visually distracting.
