Condition

Overall in very good condition. The metal with light surface scratches and nicks concentrated to the rim of the box, consistent with age and gentle use and not visually distracting. The metal also with some areas of minor rubbing, discoloration, and patination, concentrated to the interior edges and recessed areas of the design, consistent with age and gentle use. The underside of the box with some more pronounced areas of rubbing, the largest measuring approximately ¾ x ¼ inch.
