Condition

Overall in very good condition consistent with age and gentle use. The wooden surfaces present with minor scattered scuffs, abrasions and scratches concentrated to the outer edges and bases of the legs. The rear proper left side panel and corner shelves with gentle fading as partially visible in the catalogue illustration. The proper upper left panel with a minor seam separation, not visually distracting. The proper left front join of the desk with a minor seam separation which appears stable. The brass surfaces with minor oxidation consistent with age. The glass surface is a later replacement. A fine example of the French Art Nouveau style in very good condition.
