Condition

Overall very good condition consistent with age and gentle handling. Please note the color is deeper and much more tonally rich in person versus the catalogue illustration. The gilt surfaces throughout present with minor scattered oxidation and staining concentrated to the deep relief areas, the base of the dress and the top of the piece, are commensurate with age and not visually disruptive. A beautiful example of this iconic design. Sotheby's does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician.
