with three reeded and foliate handles, on paw feet, chased on one side with a steam yacht, boar's head heraldic finial by Marshall & Sons, Edinburgh, 1855

as noted re. finial by another maker; several small dings and shallow dents throughout; each foot with a small seam split or surface puncture; one handle lacking a screw and slightly loose
