the faceted vase with short neck decorated in iron red, green, yellow, blue and black enamels with peony, chrysanthemum and pomegranate among rockwork and grasses, the panels divided by floral tendril, en suite to the previous lot

Provenance

Sir James Hamlet Dunn (1874 – 1956) Sir James was a Canadian financier and industrialist during the first half of the twentieth century. Sir James and Lady Dunn gifted most of their collection to the Beaverbrook Art Gallery in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
