Condition

The canvas is not lined. Examination under UV light reveals some spots of retouching in places along the edges, notably the upper and lower edges. There are three further spots of retouching to the green leaf and the white pigment at the centre of the composition. There are two horizontal stretcher bar marks visible across the centre of the composition and there is some craquelure in places, in particular to thicker pigments.This work is in overall good condition.
